•                     In collaboration with operations directors, oversee clinical aspects of referral triage, waitlist management, and template optimization to meet access targets across age groups.

•                     Maintain an active clinical caseload delivering assessment and/ or evidence based psychotherapies matched to patient access and training program needs.

•                     Oversee internship and fellowship tracks focused on competency-based training in autism assessment, intervention, and robust supervision models to build an internal hiring pipeline for program growth and expansion.

•                     Provide direct, case-based clinical supervision and in-service training for licensed staff (e.g., clinical psychologists, master’s level therapists) to facilitate staff acquisition of advanced competencies.

•                     Implementation Science Coordinator (advanced phase): Identify and coordinate funding and protected time for staged rollouts of evidence based psychotherapies (e.g., PEERS, ESDM, PCIT, RUBI, CBIT) and related skill sets to sustain ongoing professional development of core clinical staff.

•                     Define key metrics for program evaluation (e.g., access, timeliness, clinical outcomes, patient experience) and translate findings into targeted quality improvement initiatives and report results to executive leadership.

•                     As time and interest permit, support research and scholarly activity aligned with overall program goals for sustainable implementation, quality, growth, and scale.

  • Doctoral degree in Psychology (PsyD or PhD) from an accredited institution.
