Join us and be a vital part of a team dedicated to delivering exceptional pharmaceutical care!In this role, there is opportunity to:Interpret and evaluate physician orders and prescriptions accuratelyIdentify and report adverse drug reactions in a timely mannerSustain formulary integrity via therapeutic interchange and rational drug useReview patient medication profiles for allergies, interactions, and duplicationsOrganize daily operations and support pharmacy staff supervisionCommunicate with healthcare providers to clarify medication ordersProvide drug information and educational sessions to staff and studentsUtilize EPIC and other systems to document and verify medication usePrepare and dispense intravenous admixtures using aseptic techniquesEnsure compliance with all regulatory, safety, and quality standardsRequiredGraduate of an ACPE accredited College of PharmacyB.S in Pharmacy or Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degreeCurrent licensure as a Pharmacist in practicing stateLicensure, Certifications, and Clearances:PharmacistAct 34ST Health is an Equal Opportunity Employer/Disability/Veteran",
