If you have previous experience in an outpatient setting, we want to hear from you!\nKey Responsibilities:\n\nProvide Exceptional Care: Deliver physical therapy treatments in accordance with the plan of care established by the physical therapist. Recommend changes based on patient condition and response to treatment.\nMaintain Order: Keep work areas neat and orderly, and direct therapy volunteers.\nClerical Duties: Perform necessary clerical responsibilities as required by the facility.\nPatient Transport: Safely and professionally transport patients using prescribed transport vehicles.\n\nWhy Join Us?\n\nCollaborative Environment: Attend and actively participate in staff meetings, development programs, departmental committees, and in-service education.\nSupervision & Support: Utilize and provide appropriate supervision to clinical support staff in accordance with the Physical Therapy Practice Act.\nAccurate Documentation: Complete necessary charge/statistical information to accurately reflect services rendered to patients.\nComprehensive Care: Provide skillful therapeutic interventions for pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients within the scope of practice.\nFeedback & Improvement: Actively provide objective feedback to supervisors regarding department performance and emergency situations.\nProductivity: Maintain a level of productivity that meets or exceeds the facility's standards.\nClinical Excellence: Implement treatment programs that reflect current scientific and clinical knowledge to achieve established outcomes/goals.\n\nQualifications:\n\nPrevious PTA experience in an outpatient facility is preferred.\nStrong clinical skills and ability to implement treatment programs effectively.\nExcellent communication and organizational skills.\n\nJoin us in providing top-notch care and making a positive impact on our patients' lives.
