ST Health Cole owns and operates eleven primary care and eighteen specialty medical practices located in Coudersport and the counties that surround the hospital.\nCANDIDATE PARAMETERS:\n· Physician Assistant or Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner\n· American Citizen or FMG\n· Great communication skills and empathy are required.\n· Board-Certified\n· New graduates considered\nEMPLOYMENT ARRANGEMENTS:\n· Hospital employment\n· Contract includes\no Initial agreement 36 month term, will consider longer terms\no Sign on bonus eligible \no CME: annually 5 days and $3,000\no PTO: contracted to work 46 weeks per year, all other time is for PTO and ST Health observed holidays\no Incentive\n§ Potential to earn 5% of base salary in quality and citizenship incentive\n§ Production incentive based on wRVU\nWORK SCHEDULE:\n· Monday-Friday: 8:00-4:30\n· Start: As soon as possible\n· EMR system – EpicPA-C or CRNP\nMust be qualified for a license in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.",
