This will be done in a manner consistent with efficiency, cost effectiveness and regulatory compliance.\nResponsibilities:\nCompliance\n\nFollow Values of Everyday Lives' Policy.\nSubmit HR documentation on time.\nWear Identification badge.\nComply with Agency requirements.\n\nSupport and Relations\n\nEnhance individual's growth and development.\nFollow Individual Support Plan (ISP) and Agency policies.\nPrioritize customer service.\nCommunicate courteously with Managing Employer.\nReport and document complaints.\nMaintain customer relationships.\nStrive for quality and satisfaction.\n\nSafety and Documentation\n\nReport safety issues and injuries.\nFollow infection control and safety standards.\nComplete infection control surveys.\nDocument care and observations.\nNotify changes in individual's condition.\nComplete and submit records on time.\n\nParticipation and Confidentiality\n\nJoin Agency committees as needed.\nSupport Agency mission and philosophy.\nAttend required training.\nProtect confidentiality of individuals, Managing Employer, and Agency.\n\nMust be able to read and write at an 8th grade level in order to complete service records.\nAgency with Choice Services: Companion Services W1727: Level 3 Companion services are provided to individuals living in private residences for the limited purposes of providing supervision and minimal assistance that is focused solely on the health and safety of the adult individual with intellectual disabilities.\nMust successfully complete background checks to include federal and state mandated clearances, employee health screening, and post job offer drug testing.\n\nLicensure, Certifications, and Clearances:\n\nAutomotive Insurance\nDriver's License\nAct 34\nOAPSA\n\nST Health is an Equal Opportunity Employer/Disability/Veteran",
