We’re committed to your success — from your first day through every step of your career ladder.\nWhat We Offer:- Multiple shift options – including a Night Shift Program and Weekend Program with premium differentials\n- Career ladder opportunities aligned to your education, certifications, and experience\n- Support to grow from CRT to RRT, with tuition assistance, paid study time, and exam reimbursement\nWe’re offering a sign-on bonus for qualified Respiratory Therapists:\n\n$12,000 for therapists with 0–1 year of experience (2-year commitment) accepting a full-time role\n$20,000 for therapists with 1+ years of experience (2-year commitment) accepting a full-time role\n\nAs a limited time offer, specific to this location, enjoy an additional $10,000 upon completion of your third year of employment!\nSign-on bonuses also available for part-time positions and will be prorated based on commitment. \n\nWho We're Looking For:We welcome Respiratory Therapists at all career stages, including:\n\nCertified Respiratory Therapists (CRT)\nRegistered Respiratory Therapists (RRT)\nSenior Registered Respiratory Therapists (RRT)\n\nFinal title and compensation are determined based on your education, experience, and certifications.What You Need to Get Started:\nEducation & Experience:\n\nGraduate of a CoARC-accredited Respiratory Therapy program required\nAs part of our career ladder, levels require different experience levels – but you can start with no experience!\nSenior level requires willingness to complete a project to benefit the profession, hospital, and/or unit\n\nLicensure & Certifications:\n\nCertified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) or Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential from the National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC) required.\n\nRRTs certified after July 1, 2002 must maintain NBRC certification per NBRC guidelines.\n\n\no    CRTs can take advantage of dedicated support, including tuition assistance, exam reimbursement, and paid study time as they work to become RRTs.\n\nRespiratory Care Practitioner (RCP) license required in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania\nBasic Life Support (BLS) or Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR)\n\nClearances (as applicable):\n\nAct 33 Clearance (with renewal)\nAct 34 Clearance (with renewal)\nAct 73 FBI Clearance (with renewal)\n\nST Health is an Equal Opportunity Employer/Disability/Veteran",
