Allied Health
Can I cross-train into other modalities?
Yes — cross-training is how most of our imaging and lab teams grow. Your manager builds it into your development plan.
Do you support continuing education?
Up to $5,250/yr in tuition support plus paid certification fees — many of our techs are in degree programs while working.
What does advancement look like?
Defined ladders — tech → senior → lead → supervisor — with transparent criteria and pay steps published for every level.
Nursing
Can I self-schedule?
Most inpatient units use self-scheduling in 4-week blocks, with weekend and holiday rotations shared equitably across the team.
Do you pay for certifications?
Specialty certification exams, renewals and review courses are covered — and certified nurses earn a differential.
Is there a nurse residency program?
Yes — a 12-month, accredited residency for new-grad RNs with dedicated preceptors, simulation labs and a cohort that starts together.
What support exists at the bedside?
Clinical resource nurses on every shift, a no-lift equipment program, and unit councils where staff nurses drive practice changes.
Patient Care Support
Is there a path from entry roles to clinical careers?
Our patient-care-support roles feed directly into nursing and allied pipelines, with tuition support and schedules that flex around school.
Working here
Can I apply to more than one job?
Yes — apply to any roles that fit. One recruiter will coordinate so you never repeat an interview for similar positions.
Do you hire new graduates?
Absolutely. Our nurse residency, allied health apprenticeships and patient-care-support pathways are built for people starting out — many leaders here began in entry roles.
How long does the application take?
About two minutes to start — Apply Start saves your spot with just an email, and resume autofill handles most fields when you finish in our careers portal.
What does it pay?
Every posting shows its pay range up front to meet Pennsylvania pay-transparency requirements, and the same range is emitted as baseSalary in JobPosting markup.
What if I need an accommodation to apply?
Contact our recruitment team any time — we provide reasonable accommodations at every step, from application through interviews and onboarding.
What shifts are available?
Day, night and rotating schedules across most departments — night and weekend shifts earn a differential.
When do benefits begin?
Day one. Medical, dental and vision coverage start on your first day for full- and part-time team members — no waiting period.
