##### What We Offer:

- **$15,000 Sign-On Bonus** for experienced nurses

##### Position Overview:

As a **Professional Staff Nurse**, you’ll deliver high-quality, patient-centered care using Relationship-Based Care principles. You’ll collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, participate in continuous learning, and contribute to quality improvement initiatives.

##### Key Responsibilities:

- Provide safe, compassionate perioperative nursing care

- Apply evidence-based practice and participate in quality initiatives

- Support patient and family education

- Engage in professional development and team collaboration

- Perform scrub role (required for RNs hired on or after July 17, 2023)

- Minimum of **six months of nursing experience** preferred

##### Licensure, Certifications & Clearances:

- **Active Registered Nurse (RN) license**

- **Basic Life Support (BLS) or CPR certification**
