**Lead with Purpose. Support Every Surgery. ST Health Presbyterian is hiring a Full-Time Supervisor, Central Sterile Processing**

Are you ready to take the next step in your sterile processing career and lead a high-performing team behind life-saving procedures? At ST Health Presbyterian, we’re looking for a Central Sterile Processing Supervisor to guide operations, mentor staff, and ensure the highest standards of safety, precision, and patient care.

- Work overnight hours (Monday–Friday) with rotating weekend call every 4 weeks

**What You’ll Do:**

- Lead daily operations of the department, ensuring top-tier cleaning, decontamination, sterilization, assembly, and distribution of surgical instruments

- Supervise, mentor, and support a team of skilled technicians, promoting a culture of accountability, growth, and compassion

- Serve as a key resource for clinical teams, solving issues, answering questions, and ensuring service excellence

- Partner with the manager to maintain compliance with regulatory and safety standards

- Drive performance improvement and help spread best practices across the department and hospital

- Champion education and development by coordinating internal and external training opportunities

- Lead initiatives that promote diversity, team wellness, and a positive work culture

- Participate in staff evaluations, scheduling, and strategic planning for departmental success

- Share knowledge through presentations, posters, and innovation efforts

**What It Takes:**

- Strong leadership and communication skills

- Ability to manage people and processes in a fast-paced, detail-focused environment

- Commitment to patient safety, quality, and service

- Passion for mentoring, motivating, and making a difference behind the scenes

- High School Graduate or equivalent.

- 3 years experience in central sterile processing required.

- 2 years supervisory or team leader experience required.

- Ability to communicate effectively with peers, physicians, staff of other hospital departments, and outside contacts. Must complete 10 hours of continuing education to remain qualified as a Central Sterile Technician on an annual basis.

**Licensure, Certifications, and Clearances:**

- Certification Board for Sterile Processing and Distribution OR Certified Registered Central Service Technician OR International Association of Healthcare Central Service Material Management

- Act 34
