ST Health Children's Community Pediatrics is hiring a Part-Time Patient Services Representative to support the offices in Moon.

Weekend and evening availability required to support the hours of operation.

Clinic Hours: 4:30p-9p Mon-Fri 11:30a-8p Sat, 9:30a-6p Sun

- **Patient Interaction:** Greet patients, assist with check-in, collect copayments, and update information.

- **Scheduling:** Arrange follow-up appointments and connect patients to services.

- **Support:** Help patients navigate the healthcare system and provide clear instructions.

- **Technology:** Register patients in Biometrics and promote MyST Health portal.

- **Financial Advocacy:** Educate patients on financial responsibilities and connect them to resources.

- **Compliance:** Verify insurance, obtain consent signatures, and follow HIPAA regulations.

- **Admin Tasks:** Handle phone calls, scan records, and perform office duties.

- Completion of high school or equivalent.

- Experience with personal computer-based applications, various office equipment, and proficient typing skills preferred.

- Two years of experience in a medical, billing, fiscal, or customer service role preferred.

- Knowledge of medical terminology preferred.

- Prior experience with Medipac, Epic, or other health records systems preferred.

**Licensure, Certifications, and Clearances:**

- Act 31, Act 33, Act 34, Act 73.
