ST Health is hiring a **full-time Patient Service Representative** to support our family-oriented **cardiologist practice**office/team in **Lititz**. Apply today! **A Typical Day in This Role:** In this position, you’ll play a key role in supporting daily front office and patient service operations. Responsibilities include verifying insurance coverage and patient demographics, registering and checking in patients, collecting copays, and checking patients out at the conclusion of their visit. You’ll answer incoming phone calls, schedule appointments, obtain prior authorizations, and ensure patient information is accurate and up to date.
