**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Clinical Support**: Conduct all aspects of radiation therapy physics, ensuring high-quality patient care.

- **Equipment Management**: Perform calibration, commissioning, and maintenance of radiation therapy equipment.

- **Quality Assurance**: Maintain rigorous quality assurance programs for equipment and treatment delivery.

- **Regulatory Compliance**: Ensure compliance with NRC and state regulations, as well as ACRO and AAPM guidelines.

- **Team Leadership**: Lead and mentor the physics team, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.

**Facility and Equipment:**

- **Varian Linacs**: EDGE (New), Trilogy, Varisource HDR

- **GE Lightspeed CT Simulator**

- **Software**: Aria-EMR, Eclipse-Planning, Rad Calc, RPM motion management system

**Required Qualifications:**

- **Education:** A Master's or PhD degree in Medical Physics

- **Experience:** Five (5) years of clinical experience is required.

- **Certification:** American Board of Radiology in Radiation Therapy Physics or Radiological Physics

Must meet qualified expert criteria defined by the Nuclear Regulatory Commission and/or State radiation agency.

**Licensure, Certifications, and Clearances:**

- American Board of Radiology - Therapeutic Medical Physics

- Act 31 Child Abuse Reporting with renewal

- Act 33 with renewal

- Act 34 with renewal

- Act 73 FBI Clearance with renewal
