DM Health, a Fortune 5 company, is currently hiring for a dynamic Program Manager, Business Performance to join our team!!!! The Program Manager, Business Performance in the PBM & Revenue Cycle Department will provide leadership and oversight to key projects to drive operational effectiveness across multiple lines of business. You will influence leaders of all levels to inspire change and achieve business excellence, while ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
In this position you will provide strategic support to the leadership team and challenge assumptions and standards of the business in an effort to improve overall results. You will work in conjunction with our Leadership Training & Development team to define and implement a training program that educates and coaches the organization on the Objective & Key Results (OKRs) principles, process, and tools. You will conduct quarterly OKR meetings, assist leaders with creating business reviews, help teams identify key strategic and operational objectives, ensure transparency of the strategic goals, highlight OKR's at risk and make recommendations to bring underperforming OKR's back on track. You will also partner with our communications team to build and execute a communication plan to keep leaders and teams informed of program progress and changes.
The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills accompanied by professional forward innovative thinking to achieve groundbreaking goals. Strong ability to develop and lead teams of all levels through transformation is a must!!!
Required Qualifications
5 years of internal or external consulting experience in healthcare revenue cycle or finance business strategy
Preferred Qualifications
OKR methodology experience
Leadership level experience
Healthcare industry knowledge
Training experience
MS Office, specifically Excel, Outlook and Word
Masters degree
Education
Bachelors degree required
