Job Description
DM Health has an opportunity for a Tech I Pharmacy Specialty Returns in our Returns Management Department. The primary responsibility of a Tech I Pharmacy Specialty Returns is to coordinate the flow of patient returns through communication with patients, Healthcare professionals, and Pharmacy Service Representatives and to document daily both authorized and unauthorized returns. You will also be responsible for checking in all patient returns upon arrival to determine if the product is stable and can be re-used as well as logging in all authorized and unauthorized returns into an excel spread sheet.
As part of the Returns Management Department you will be expected to provide excellent service when talking with patients, health care professionals and pharmacy service representatives along with resolve patient issues that can result from having packages shipped to the incorrect address. Additionally, you will be required to track all data for returns on a daily, weekly and monthly basis and communicate with the Accounts Receivable department to ensure the credit is given in a timely manner. In order to be successful in this role you will need to be efficient in utilizing windows based systems, such as Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Hours are Monday-Friday; ranging anywhere from 8:00 am - 6 pm.
