Job Description
DM Health, a mail service Specialty Pharmacy, has an opportunity for a full-time Insurance Resolution Specialist to handle insurance follow up. As an Insurance Collections Representative, you will ensure accurate account payment for outstanding balances and maintain supporting chronological notes that detail actions taken to resolve outstanding account balances. Additionally in this role, you will transmit/submit claims (paper or electronic) to insurance payers for reimbursement and contact patients and Physician's offices as needed in order to expedite claims processing.
As an Insurance Collections Representative, you will also be responsible for third party billing and follow-up associated with the dispensing of prescription medication, resolve insurance problems and patient issues that may have resulted from incorrect or incomplete information, and maintain patient demographic information and data collection systems, including all billing/collection reports, queues, or diversions.
To succeed in this role, a detail oriented mind set, strong communication and analytical skills, and the ability to work independently and in a team environment is critical.

Required Qualifications
1+ year(s) experience performing healthcare reimbursement, medical insurance billing

Verifiable High School Diploma or GED required
